During my interview, I felt a bit nervous about the interview questions and work pressure. My interview was taken by HR head, Ms. Pooja Viswakarma and my Team leader Ms. Zebaish Ansari, also the CEO of the company, Mr. Vishal Jaisawal was present during my interview. After answering a few questions I realized that all of them have good nature and they don’t want to pressurize me.
I have worked for more than 10 companies as an intern but the offer letter of Vishal Websoft Technology has a very great point in its agreement and that is INTERN should maintain a proper decorum and discipline in this internship. Any kind of aggressiveness, rudeness, or harassment to mentor, to any VWT employee or to other fellow interns (even on chatting) will be considered as a serious offence (considering the large number of female interns) and “led to proper action as under IPC (Indian Penal Code)”. The code of conduct and disciplined was mentioned in the agreement so even a female intern can work safely here. No one has to worry about spam calls or messages from any other interns or employees.
During my first week of internship, my team leader assigned me less work to see my dedication, consistency and quality of work. On some days when I have a lot of college work due to which I submit the work late by a few hours, my team leader does not shout at me. The behavior of everyone at Vishal Websoft Technology has impressed me.
Every week on Monday, my team leader and Vishal Sir connect for a meeting. The very first thing that Vishal Sir asked at every weekly meeting was “How are your studies going? Are you able to manage both the work and studies together?” This shows the generosity of Vishal Sir, how much he cares for his interns. Not just this, whenever I complete and send the assigned work in the group, my team and Vishal Sir always appreciated me. When a person gets appreciations he/she works with more dedication and so did I.
I worked for 1 month at Vishal Websoft Technology and I never felt any work pressure or communication gap. Whenever I get assigned a new topic that is unknown to me, my team leader helps in every possible way. Throughout the 1 month of my internship, my team leader helped me and guided me to do better every day.
Also, everyone at Vishal Websoft Technology is punctual. My team leader assigns me to work on time and we have a fixed time for meeting every week.
Vishal Websoft Technology is one of the best company that I have worked for.
