Hello! I am Priyamani Padiyachi from Mumbai, Maharashtra. Here, I am sharing my feedback on working at the renowned I.T company “VISHAL WEBSOFT TECHNOLOGY”. I applied from the Internshala platform for “DIGITAL MARKETING 1 MONTH INTERNSHIP (Social Media & Graphic Designer)”, work from home. So, this was my first internship. I was worried about the interview? but later I found out that the process was simple and clear. My interview was taken by the CEO of the company, Mr. Vishal Jaisawal and then their team HR head (Ms. Pooja) and their client Dr.Anajli Ma’am. I was assessed about my skills and expertise. After the interview, I realized that all the interviewers were polite, friendly, and had good nature. I was selected on the basis of my skills and qualifications, I received an offer letter that was very professional. It included all the terms to maintain proper decorum and discipline during the internship. Any kind of aggressiveness, rudeness, or harassment to any VWT employee or to other fellow interns (even on chatting) will be considered as a serious offense (considering a large number of female interns) and “led to proper action as under IPC (Indian Penal Code)”. The code of conduct and discipline was mentioned in the agreement so even a female intern can work safely here. No one has to worry about spam calls or messages from any other interns or employees.
During my first week of internship, my mentor conducted a session where he taught me how to work with clients, how to handle social media, website & how to work smart? I was assigned less work considering my dedication, consistency, and quality of work. Many times, during my internship period I was very busy, sometimes I was unable to submit work, sometimes I submitted late by a few hours. But I compensated my work by increasing the quality of my work so nobody yelled at me. The work culture of Vishal Websoft Technology has impressed me.
Whenever I was assigned a new topic that was unknown to me, my mentor used to call and ask to me “How are you? How’s the work going on? Are you able to manage both the house routine work and internship work? This shows the generosity of VTW, how much they care for their interns. Not just this, whenever I completed and submitted the assigned work, my team and Vishal Sir & Anjali Mam always appreciated me, which made me feel very happy and encouraged.
During my 1-month internship, I never felt any work pressure. Also, everyone at Vishal Websoft Technology is punctual. They assign me to work on time and we have a fixed time for meeting and discussion on how can we do better every day for our services? So not only Vishal Websoft Technology gives you an opportunity to work as an intern but also Full-Time Job opportunities from their location.
And I recommend VWT to all fresher’s newcomers, you will get the best learning platform to accelerate your career path. I give a 5-star rating to VWT, it is one of the best companies that I have worked with as an intern.
