A first paid internship is always unique so is mine. I’m Hina Tandon from the beautiful city of Chandigarh. I applied for this internship at Vishal Websoft Technology for one month for Content Writing in July from the LinkedIn platform. Their team member Zebaish Ansari took a telephonic interview and asked for a sample portfolio link to my published articles. The interviewers were polite, friendly, and had good nature. Based on my skills and qualifications, I got selected and received a very professional offer letter. It included all the terms to maintain proper decorum and other rules and regulations during the internship with stipend details. After that, Zebaish added me to the WhatsApp group.
My mentor Zebaish taught me how to work with different writing styles and how to research to write better plagiarism-free articles. She told me about their project Badhta India, an NGO working for underprivileged children. I was assigned the task of writing the content for the new web page of Badhta India and some articles for the blog section on social issues for Badhta India. Whenever I was assigned a new topic unknown to me, my mentor used to call me. We discussed it a lot. When I started researching and writing on social issues like Environment, Child-Education, and Women Empowerment, I realized that Badhta India is doing such a noble cause. Their philosophy of working on Gandhian principles won my heart.
Vishal Websoft care for their interns- they take the time to check if the interns are balancing routine work and internship work. They often praise when needed, which motivates the intern. Many times, during my internship, I was busy or was unable to submit work, and sometimes I was late in submitting my assigned task. They cooperated with me on this journey a lot. The flexibility in the work culture of Vishal Websoft Technology has impressed me. During my one month of internship, I never felt any kind of work pressure. Also, everyone at Vishal Websoft Technology is punctual. We had a fixed time for meetings and discussions on how we could do our best every day. So not only Vishal Websoft Technology allows you to work as an intern, but full-time Job opportunities are also available at their location. They assign tasks in a fixed amount of time, which is nice. After the internship, they gave me my stipend and certificate of completion.
I would like to extend my special thanks to my mentor Zebaish Ansari and Vishal sir, who guided and provided me with an opportunity that has shaped my career. I recommend Vishal Websoft to anyone new to the industry as I had a great experience. They have the best learning platform. It is one of the best companies for work. I am very grateful for this internship with Vishal Websoft Technology. With their help, I gained practical knowledge that helped me land my first content writing client. My career has started. I’m getting a lot of opportunities due to my work experience with Vishal Websoft Technology.
