15 Days Lockdown Internship Program

Vishal Websoft Technology Company hosted an online Internship programs engaging students from across the country from Jharkhand, West Bengal to Guwahati. The students were trained in diverse courses like Website Development, Designing, creating and editing contents on YouTube, Content Writing to even Podcasting which is the new trend right now. The aim was to have a learning experience through learning and get learned through the process. Internship started with the creation of an official WhatsApp group through which students were given information about the Internship. The first day started with a basic Introductory session and a talk about Mental Health which stands as one of the most important topic to be addressed during the Pandemic with Ms. Deepshikha Pandey being the Resource Person and Mr.Vishal Jaisawal as Supporting team member . We discussed the mental and the physical stress that people are going through at present.

Students feedbacks

The students were all strangers, and a lot many of them were having trouble speaking up, through this Internship they got a new platform to come up with new ideas, and the whole sessions were so interactive and created a zeal amongst students to speak up and portray their ideas. Vishal Websoft Technology Company conducted these sessions though various platforms including Facebook Live, Instagram and Zoom App being the primary platform to keep the sessions interesting and engaging for the students. The sessions were usually conducted for a slot of 40 minutes though because of the interest and enthusiasm of the students, the sessions trailed for more than 2 hours at a stretch at times. The Internship ended with a Surprise Session on how the students felt about the whole Internship Program, their learnings and feedback where most of them requested for doing another. Internship and Vishal sir and Deepshika Ma’am giving insights about their experiences through this process. The Internship ended with giving the students a platform in various websites developed by us so that they can keep on writing and engaging with us as a team, it ended on a happy note where the bond was created with all the students where we all created a bond that will be cherished by all of us
